In the "Millenia" complex you can rent a long-term room, offering coziness and comfort, both for students and working people. We are located only 500m. from the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev" and 300 m. from the Sofia University for European Languages "St. Constantine-Cyril the Philosopher".
We offer security with access control in the building, 24-hour reception and everything you need for your long-term stay. The rooms are equipped with "Daikin" air conditioners, refrigerator, TV, cable TV and cable internet. Each room has a private bathroom and a small kitchenette.
The conditions for long-term rental require the conclusion of a contract for a minimum of 6 months. A deposit of 110 € per room is required upon signing the contract. The room can be rented individually or by two people.
For a period of less than 6 months, prices are negotiable.
