At the "Millenia" Hotel you can rent a long-term room, offering coziness and comfort, both for students and working people. We are located 3 km from Sofia University Kliment Ohridski, 2 km from Sveta Nedelya Square and 100 m from the Knyaginya Maria Luiza metro station.
We offer security with access control in the building, 24-hour reception and everything you need for your long-term stay. The rooms are equipped with "Daikin" air conditioners, refrigerator, TV, cable TV and cable internet. Each room has a private bathroom and a small kitchenette.
The conditions for long-term rental require the conclusion of a contract for at least 6 months. A deposit of one month's rent per room is required upon signing the contract. The room can be rented individually or by two people.
For a period of less than 6 months, prices are negotiable!
